大意：企業與商會代表[中文新聞常用工商大老]計畫要拜會立法院院長王金平與行政院院長陳沖，希望能夠會見總統傳達他們對證所稅的反面意見給總統。

Chinese National Federation of Industries (全國工業總會) Chairman Rock Hsu (許勝雄) 5)reiterated that the stock market is vital for the survival of industries in that 6)small and medium enterprises (SMEs) can use the market as a source of funding. Therefore, the government should not 7)harm the stock market by implementing the stock gains tax, the chairman said.
